In the spring of 2021, Loudoun County Public Schools decided to launch the “Bias Incident Reporting System”. The implementation of the “Bias Incident Reporting System” is a clear violation of students rights and a major component of the lawsuit we filed on June 2, 2021.
Parents Against Critical Theory (PACT), is committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment in which EVERY student feels included, valued, respected and not discriminated against, because of their race or ethnicity. To help us in achieving that goal, PACT has created an opportunity for students, parents, and teachers to anonymously share their lessons, videos, books, pictures, audio, documents, etc. of bias and discrimination experienced within LCPS as a result of their implementation of Critical Race Theory. A bias incident is an act of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation directed against any person or group that appears to be intentional and motivated by prejudice or bias. These are frequently associated with LCPS providing racist and hateful classroom materials, books, videos and lessons as a result of implementing their “Culturally Responsive Framework”, which is simply another way to say Critical Race Theory (CRT). These anonymous lessons, videos, books, pictures, audio, documents, etc. provided to PACT will be used (with permission) to expose LCPS and their racist, divisive, hateful ideological “educational material” with the Loudoun County community, the media, and other national organizations seeking to rid CRT from their schools.
Information shared on this form will be investigated by PACT and other Anti-CRT organizations. We encourage all LCPS students, parents and teachers to report these disgusting incidents and materials so that we can investigate and provide maximum exposure, embarrassment, and negative attention to what LCPS, LCPS School Board, Equity Committee, Teachers, the NAACP & their affiliates are perpetrating upon our students and family . Please reach out to PACT to discuss any concerns you might have.
